Why should I do therapy?


When I started therapy, I didn’t want to do it at ​all and felt like it was something I was told to do ​to “fix” me. I had no energy, and the thought of ​talking about things that felt like they would ​never change was too much.

But when I was at my lowest, I took the ​initiative to seek support, and though it was not ​easy, it was life-changing; and that caused me to ​make the vow to grow and help others who were ​in a similar boat.

My goal is to create a space where you feel seen ​and heard, with the lens of knowing you do not ​need to be “fixed”; but supported in becoming ​your best self. I use the knowledge and honesty ​that you are the captain of your own life, and I am ​here only to be in your corner while you make ​your own decisions. You have the power and ​control to tell me as much or little as you want to, ​as it is YOUR story to tell; and mine to watch you ​to continue to create.




What should I expect?


30 minute to hour long, weekly individual ​sessions in which we create a safe space for ​you to talk, vent, & feel your feelings.



I do HIPPAA compliant online only ​sessions which allows you to do therapy ​from the comfort of your own space. No ​commute, no waiting room; just the support ​you need in a casual communication style.




What will I do in therapy?


In my practice, you will talk, draw, play games, listen ​to music, and do whatever YOU feel the need to do - ​because this is your time.
